Adecco is partnering with a leading Semiconductor MNC to look for an experienced in-house recruiter
12 months contract
Office location: North
Immediate to 4 weeks notice

The Talent

Min 2-4 years in Semiconductor/ manufacturing Industry recruiting expertise
Bachelor\'s or diploma with some experience
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under pressure

The Job

Provide consultation and counseling to hiring managers on the recruitment process.
Post advertisements and review applications to identify potential candidates.
Source and contact passive candidates to expand the talent pool.
Screen, assess, and present candidates to hiring managers, ensuring that applicants have a clear understanding of the job details.
Collaborate with the service center to arrange interviews and ensure a flawless candidate experience.
Plan and conduct weekend mass interviews to efficiently evaluate multiple candidates.
Work on salary offer proposals and negotiate offers to successfully secure top talent.
Follow up on onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the recruiting system.
