• Adecco is partnering with a multinational corporation Semiconductor company to search for an (Inhouse) Recruiter

The Opportunity

• Focus: 180 Recruitment Cycle - Post job ad, Sourcing, interviews, Hiring proposal, onboarding for new hires
• Office location: Singapore, West
• Working hours: Office Hours (Monday - Friday)
• This role will start off as contract position till September 2024

The Talent

• Bachelor\'s or Diploma in any field
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under pressure.
• Previous recruiting experience is an added advantage.

MAIN FUNCTIONS

• Understand the headcount needs of the department and collaborate with hiring managers to determine the hiring requirements.
• Provide consultation and counseling to hiring managers on the recruitment process.
• Post advertisements and review applications to identify potential candidates.
• Source and contact passive candidates to expand the talent pool.
• Screen, assess, and present candidates to hiring managers, ensuring that applicants have a clear understanding of the job details.
• Collaborate with the service center to arrange interviews and ensure a flawless candidate experience.
• Plan and conduct weekend mass interviews to efficiently evaluate multiple candidates.
• Work on salary offer proposals and negotiate offers to successfully secure top talent.
• Follow up on onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the recruiting system.
