Responsibilities: Handle full cycle of talent recruitment process from hiring request, job posting, candidates sourcing and screening, shortlisting, interviewing, to offering stage Working closely with hiring managers to fully understand the needs and Identify passive talent using different online channels and other social platforms and professional networks Maintain candidate database and accurate recruitment records for all hires.
