Job Description
Responsibilities: Handle full cycle of talent recruitment process from hiring request, job posting, candidates sourcing and screening, shortlisting, interviewing, to offering stage Working closely with hiring managers to fully understand the needs and Identify passive talent using different online channels and other social platforms and professional networks Maintain candidate database and accurate recruitment records for all hires. Manage Internship programs Assist in HR projects and other HR initiatives when requiredRequirements : Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, or equivalent Min 2 years of proven work experience as a recruiter (in-house or staffing agency) Good knowledge of local employment legislation and fair employment guidelines Meticulous and discreetworking location: Raffles Place
