- Liaise with hiring managers on recruitment needs, design and implement a holistic recruiting strategy
- Develop, propose and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portals/social media/colleges etc
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
- Screen candidates' resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule
- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- At Least 2 years of experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Experience in handling Construction & Fintech accounts is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- At least a Diploma in engineering with recruitment experience will be an advantage
- Professional development
