About The Role
Role Location: ANZ Singapore
Role Type: Permanent, Full-time opportunity
As an Initiative Lead, you will take project management ownership of multiple initiatives within Transaction Banking, strengthening our delivery capability and reporting into the Program Director. Your role is to ensure that the work is effectively governed, tracked and delivered, with effective support structures in place across the squads/delivery teams. The role is Singapore based and required to manage this work in line with the accountabilities and parameters set out below.
Responsibilities includes:
Oversee the delivery of multiple mission-critical projects, across multiple jurisdictions, to meet the program's objectives
Ensuring that the delivery of new/enhanced products and/or services from the project meets business requirements and are delivered within defined cost constraints
Drive all necessary reporting needs related to the project
Supports procurement activities and third-party contributions to the project on behalf of ANZ
Oversee, track, report and where relevant update all project financials
Work with the Program Director in managing and delivering to agreed budget
Understanding the customer and work with key stakeholders to define the problem and develop solutions through their eyes
Work closely with your ANZ stakeholders to understand and meet their needs
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following -
Solid experience in Project Management. Experience in executing large scale business and technology change, including key stakeholder management along the journey
Domain Knowledge required, preferably from a Banking Background (ideally Institutional/TB Asia but not mandatory)
Change across multiple geographies, with experience working with specialist supporting functions such as Legal, Procurement, Risk, Product, Audit, Technology
Strong people management and inter-personal skills
Deep knowledge and experience of ANZ's ADF methodology is preferable
Experience with Agile/NWOW processes and tools
Ability to effectively manage yourself through ambiguity and change with uncertainty
