Currently they are hiring SAP Specialist role reporting to the Supply Chain Business Improvement Manager and located in Singapore. This position champions use of analytics and Operational Excellence principles to support process and system improvements for all Supply Chain operations (Warehouse, Planning, Procurement, Sampling) and cross-functional teams (Quality, Finance, Manufacturing, Process Development). This individual will be an integral member of a high performing team chartered to create an agile supply chain able to maintain compliance, increase speed and reduce errors. This is 12 months agency contract. Working hour: Mondays to Fridays | 0745 hrs - 1645 hrs - Back to site once a week and work from home for the rest of the week unless there is a business need to return to the site (subject to changes) Working location: Tuas View Drive Singapore, Company Transport provided. Responsibilities: . Supports Supply Chain teams on the deviation, change control, corrective and preventive action, effective verification, validation, qualification and documentation, including highly complexed cases that spread across various functions. Works closely with all relevant stakeholders for the end-to-end process and ensure compliance to GMP. . Develop and maintain Standard Operation Procedures, user manual, periodic review reports or other form of documents. . Support SAP system daily operations for all site users, ensure resolution of issues between SAP and the MES and Planning systems. . Capable of developing solution with technology like reporting tool and artificial intelligence to improve productivity and optimize resource utilization. . Ensure Master Data integrity. . Identify improvement opportunities, on the basis of analysis and KPI's, their impact on performance (benefits vs. cost) and prioritize associated initiative. . Lead cross functional meetings and ensure plans are in place, clearly communicated and implemented. . Lead or participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives using problem solving techniques (Operational Excellence, 6 , LEAN) to ensure flawless execution of supply chain activities. . Provide project management support as necessary in various areas for example procurement, production planning, warehouse & transportation and sampling. . Share and adopt best practices across the Global Supply Chain network. . Work under minimal supervision in line with Company Values and Leadership Attributes.
