You\'ll join a dynamic team dedicated to transforming how we deliver complex legal services, shaping the future of the firm. Here\'s what you can expect:

  • Support end-to-end strategic projects from the initial identification of user requirements to Proof-of-Concept development to deployment.
  • Gather and synthesise input from various stakeholders to inform Innovation team initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and communication plans. Help prepare presentations and reports to communicate project progress and findings to stakeholders.
  • Conduct research and analysis on legal industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in legal innovation.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues from Continuous Improvement, Technology, Legal Project Management, Business Development, Communications, and Knowledge & Information to understand their roles and contributions to firm-wide transformation plans.
  • Drive the promotion of and engagement with the Innovation & Best Delivery Program through knowledge sharing and delivery of training and other presentations internally to lawyers and business services professionals in APAC.
  • Elevate the firm\'s external profile as a thought leader in innovation through initiatives including digital campaigns, industry outreach with government bodies and the larger LegalTech ecosystem, blog and social media posts, etc.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as delegated by the team.
Qualifications
  • Penultimate students of any degree discipline or graduates with up to 3 years of work experience are welcome to apply. Experience in a related sector (Legal or Technology) is preferable.
  • Intellectual Curiosity: A passion for exploring new ideas, technologies, and approaches to tackle complex legal challenges.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
  • Project Management: Experience with project planning, organization, and meeting deadlines.
  • Teamwork & Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse professionals from various departments.
  • Knowledge in data analytics, NLP, AI, RPA is advantageous.
