What the role is:

The Senior Manager/Manager (Innovation) contributes to organisational excellence by driving process improvement efforts as well as digital initiatives to automate business processes in the areas of Finance, HR/ Payroll, Procurement processing, etc., and elevating the digital capabilities of VITAL officers to raise productivity and accelerate VITAL\'s digital transformation. We are looking for candidates who have relevant experience or competency in planning, project management and process re-engineering.

What you will be working on:

Key responsibilities include:- \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct emerging technology scans and experimentation with cross-functional business and technology teams to identify potential technology opportunities for strategic impact; \xe2\x80\xa2 Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to raise the level of digital awareness and capabilities and to achieve alignment between business and IT strategies; \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead and manage VITAL\'s digital committee representatives from various functions to support business case development and to identify and pilot digital initiatives; \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan and implement initiatives to drive adoption of digital and automation tools by VITAL officers to improve their work processes; \xe2\x80\xa2 Curate and design content to share information on digitalisation and innovation best practices and trends with VITAL officers; \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain and enhance VITAL\'s Digital and Robotic Process Automation Bot Library Portals on SharePoint \xe2\x80\xa2 Identifying, analysing, and interpreting data using statistical techniques for management information/ reporting

What we are looking for:

1. Preferably 1-3 years of relevant working, internship or attachment experience. Applicants with no prior working experience are welcome too. 2. Familiar with planning, business case formulation, and concepts in continuous and process improvement. 3. Motivated individual with strong work ethic, and able to work effectively in a team. 4. Able to think strategically, innovate and apply creativity in problem solving. 5. Strong project management, communication, and facilitation skills. Able to communicate effectively with different levels of stakeholders (including senior management). 6. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Powerpoint). 7. Competency in SharePoint and web development programming languages, such as HTML, CSS, XML and JavaScript as well as UX design for website development and .NET Framework will be an added advantage 8. Good grasp of emerging digital and technology trends. Familiarity with automation and workflow solutions (e.g. UiPath, Blue Prism, K2, SharePoint), and data visualisation tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau) is an added advantage
