Some examples include the first rainsurance in Singapore which protects individuals against fare surge on ride-hailing platforms and the first micro-insurance in Southeast Asia which offers flexible pay-per-trip micro premium and accumulative coverage for Grab drivers. As aof a new business team, you will set and provide direction to the development team and stakeholders and partner closely with the Lead to assess value, develop use cases and prioritise stories to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy. This will be a good opportunity for you to innovate new business models that disrupts the way insurance works. Responsibilities Spearhead the manifestation of business transformation concepts to PoCs Define the product strategy, based on the business objectives, key results, market-research and user feedback for various initiatives Develop omni-channel growth strategies for various initiatives Manage external resources to extend the capabilities of the team such as product development, marketing and UI/UX design Support the overall business transformation strategy Qualifications Progressive track record of managing digital projects in the capacity of a Product Owner Knowledge of omni-channel agile marketing and growth hacking methodologies Knowledge of scrum and agile software development methodologies Passion for design excellence, usability and consumer appeal in products Experience using design thinking practices to develop desirable solutions Interest in innovation in ecommerce, insurance and financial industries Sense of urgency, pragmatism and a solution-oriented approach to problem solving KPI Deliverables of business transformation projects Experiments conducted during exploration of business transformation projects
