Key Responsibilities
To assist the Business Development team as their Sales Support.
To work closely with new prospects and customers on airfreight, sea freight, cross-border trucking, and 3rd part freight enquire.
To source rates with Airlines & Overseas Agents and overseas handling charges
To handle daily shipping coordination of Air/ Sea/ Cross Border Land/ 3rd party shipments.
To liaise with various parties when handling shipment (e.g., Export/ Import Dept)
To handle daily billing advice, recoveries paperwork and circulation of forms.

Minimum Diploma, with at least 1 year of related experience in Sales Admin.
Must be able to work in a very face paced environment.
