• Position Title: Sales Support Executive/ Inside Sales Admin
• Working Location: Woodlands
• Working Hours: 5 days, Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday (9 am \xe2\x80\x93 6 pm)
• Salary Package: Up to $2500 + $100 Transport Allowances + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Organizing data and generating deep customer insights to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.
• Supporting the sales team with key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business.
• Provide pricing and contract support by providing the sales team with high-quality and competitive proposals.
• Monitoring and analyzing key sales and business performance indicators and trends for strategic and tactical business decisions and also coordinating and ensuring the accuracy of sales reports.
• Ensuring sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.
• Assist in analyzing past data and performance trends to forecast future sales volume.
• Coordinating and supporting internal projects.
• Support sales activities, e.g. onboarding program, product training, webinars, sales meetings etc.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by superior.

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline or relevant discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• 1 to 2 years of working experience within a Sales team will be highly advantageous.
