Sembawang areaThe Challenges:
Respond promptly (within 24 hours) to assigned leads via WhatsApp, email, or other channels to understand customer requirements before recommending suitable products and services. Conduct sales presentations, prepare and propose quotations in line with client needs. Coordinate with internal stakeholders on design and artwork to produce mock-ups for client approval prior to production. Prepare and submit sales orders to the production team. Provide regular client updates throughout the production process and ensure timely delivery of final products. Build and maintain strong client relationships by offering excellent customer service to encourage repeat business and referrals. Manage existing client accounts while gradually expanding the customer base through lead generation, outreach, and prospecting activities.
What it Takes:
Proficient in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients. Positive learning attitude, resilient, and a strong team player.
