The Opportunity

Adecco is partnering with an established MNC company within the logistics industry, and they are looking for a Business Development Executive to join their team! The Inside Executive will be the main point of contact for their clients. You will be working on building relationship with existing clientele, as well as building the business by expanding the company\'s client base.The Job

• Develop and implement a personalized sales strategy aimed at identifying and acquiring new business opportunities while enhancing growth within the existing client portfolio.
• Drive revenue and shipment growth by employing up-selling and cross-selling techniques to surpass predetermined targets.
• Utilize comprehensive knowledge of the provided services to effectively convert prospect leads into active customers, prioritizing those with the highest revenue and shipment potential to bolster market share.
• Establish new customer accounts and ensure their profitability, adhering to regional standards on profit margins and minimum pricing tariffs to safeguard business interests.
• Seek management approval for any deviations from established pricing guidelines and justify decisions accordingly.
• Maintain accurate customer information within the database to facilitate streamlined operations and effective communication.
• Coordinate resolution of customer service issues, service recovery efforts, and credit control matters through appropriate channels.

The Talent

• Minimum of 2-3 years\' experience in B2B sales.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfortable with large clientele base.
• Knowledge in logistics industry would be an advantage.
