The Opportunity:Adecco is partnering with a global leader that leases and sells intermodal shipping containers and related equipment through a global network of over 400 independent depots. As the world\'s largest container owner, they offer purchasing, leasing, re-leasing, and sales services to shipping companies, freight forwarders, and manufacturers. We are currently looking to hire an Inside Sales Executive to join their business permanently. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, the successful incumbent will maintain and expand the leasing business by actively visiting our existing clients to upsell container leasing services.

• Full-time, permanent opprtunity
• Work location: Central, near Promenade MRT
• Work hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-5:30pm
• Salary: up to $5,000/month + VB

The Job:

• Conduct regular visits to all existing customers to maintain and strengthen relationships, close leasing deals, and identify new business opportunities. When finalizing leasing agreements and pricing, submit the proposed rates to HQ for approval.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Coordinate with the operations team to facilitate container releases.
• Ensure timely payments by following up with customers.
• Prepare and submit weekly marketing reports.
• Monitor outstanding bookings and collaborate with customers on their weekly pick-up schedules.
• Handle additional responsibilities and projects as they arise.

The Talent:

• Min 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in the shipping industry.
• Knowledge of accounting and credit/collections processes will be advantageous.
• Proficiency in Excel to prepare marketing reports (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP).
• Comfortable traveling once a month with the Marketing Director across ASEAN countries to visit customers.
