Making Cold & Warm Calls for new market initiatives while becoming technically knowledgeble about IT Products & support projects & vendors . Engaged in business development and sales projects . Maintain good after-sales service to existing customers to maintain retention . Provide timely reports to management on sales results, sales pipelines, and account information . Responsible for prospecting, promotion, and sales of the company's suite of products and services. . Liaise with and develop relationships with strategic accounts. . Leads and customer information entered into our Sales system. . Provide Channel & Product sales support Requirements . Certificate/Diploma in IT, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Business or equivalent qualifications . At least 1 year of Corporate business-to-business sales experience . Experience as an inside sales, telesales, and/or telemarketing in the IT is essential . Must be able to learn new IT products, sales processes and systems . A Good Team Player. Good communication and presentation skills with excellent spoken & written in English Working condition: . 5 days work week office hours- 9 am - 6 pm .
