Job Summary:

• Working location: Jurong East (walking distance from MRT)
• Working days & hrs: 5 days work ; 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Salary range: up to SGD 4000 (dep on exp) inclusive of basic salary (SGD 2000 to SGD 3000) + attractive commission + % variable component

Primary Responsibilities

• Utilize various methods to identify and gather potential leads, conducting thorough research to develop a robust sales pipeline.
• Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present its training solutions effectively. Strive to meet and exceed individual sales targets through strategic selling techniques.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Implement strategies to enhance sales performance and drive growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through excellent support and service.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns, maximizing reach and engagement. Follow up on marketing-generated leads to drive sales opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new market opportunities.
• Uphold the highest standards of business ethics and integrity in all sales activities and client interactions.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, tracking progress against targets and company objectives.
• 1 to 2 years of sales experiences from other industry welcome to apply
