• Industry/ Organization Type: Engineering Services Provider
• Position Title: Inside Technical Sales Executive (Life Science)
• Working Location: North (Nearest MRT: Yishun)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday: 9 am - 6 pm)
• Salary Package: Up to SGD 4000 + AWS
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Proactive calling customers in database and generate new business
• Utilization of SAP CRM for updating the funnel and reporting
• Responsible for handling inbound inquiries, preparing quotes and actively following up on PO conversion for all chromatography and spectroscopy instruments
• Utilize technical knowledge to deliver value and resolve customer issues
• Work closely with the sales management to drive sales and campaigns targeting various product lines and targets
• Maintain positive business relationships and improve customer satisfaction
• Meet targets assigned for new business drive and ramp up volume activities of new products releases
• Use demand generation leads to create opportunities for sales order
• Work on sales assignments with broadly defined objectives (including driving customers to online store)
• Timely respond to calls/emails
• Weekly report of sales pipeline and forecast

• Min. 3 years of working experience in a related field
• Having working experience in a chromatography or spectroscopy company is a plus
• Comfortable with communicating and presenting proposals via online tools
• Familiar with advanced MS Excel functions eg: VLOOKUP, pivot tables
• Meticulous, customer-centric, proactive, goal-oriented and good time management
• Able to work independently in a fast pace environment with minimal supervision
