Your Role
We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales / Sales Coordinator/ Sales Admin to provided administrative support for customer orders by using ERP system. You will prepare PO, DO & quotation for customers\' requirements. Liaise with operation, sales team & freight forwarders for daily smooth operations.
What Will You Do
- Provide administrative support for customer orders by using ERP system
- To prepare PO, DO & quotation for customers\' requirements
- Coordinate with delivery arrangement, incoming and outgoing shipment
- Prepare invoices and follow up the payment of customers
- Liaise with operation, sales team & freight forwarders for daily smooth operations
- Any other administrative work assigned by manager
- At least A Level and above or equivalent
- Min 2-3 year of relevant working experiences as sales coordinator
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
You will entitle a basic salary up to S$3000.
