Provide customer service and sales support to customers.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
Maintain customer records and update customer information.
Assist with order processing and order fulfilment.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
Assist with marketing and promotional activities.
Monitor customer feedback and provide feedback to management.
Assist with the development of customer service policies and procedures.
Requirements
Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience in Inside Sales/ Sales Support is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
