Sales Support Assistant

As a Sales Support, you will be responsible for supporting project execution team to execute project deliverables safely, on time, maximize customer\xe2\x80\x99s satisfaction and deliver financial results to meet company objectives. Reporting to Sales Manager, you will be generating technical documents for spares enquiry e.g., motsize to generate motor specs, dimension drawings, drive size processing of the orders. This position is based in Singapore.

Your responsibilities

• Selling products and Ad hoc service to customers, focusing on volume and profitability targets for Process industries
• Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs. Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
• Creating added value for the customer and ABB and ensuring the successful outcome of transactions and proposals by using effective sales techniques
• Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supporting collection when needed
• Preparing offers in coordination with the sales manager. Ensuring appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and trading conditions

Your background

• Diploma/ bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree
• Fresh graduate or 1 - 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in sales administration is preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer focused
• Knowledge of ABB equipment is an advantage
• Willing to work independently and as a team player
