Job Description

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in analytical, insights, and media measurement or consulting.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in Media Measurement methodologies, including media mix modelling, attribution, and sales lift.
  • Knowledge of brand marketers, analytical techniques, and market research.
  • Knowledge of SQL, databases, and basic automation techniques (e.g., building dashboards, automating reports, managing tables).
  • Understanding of both online and offline media and branding in FMCG, Healthcare, and/or Luxury industries.
  • Ability to pull strategic insights out of large sets of data, project manage and coordinate cross-functional work from different internal teams.
  • Ability to speak and write in French to support French-speaking clients globally.

As Global Insights Manager, you will brainstorm, develop and refine compelling, customized analysis and insights to grow clients in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Healthcare and Luxury industries. Reporting to the Head of Insights, you will work collaboratively with the client and sales teams to ensure positive client impact. You will own the insights and measurement pillars of client joint business plans (JBPs) and empower sales teams to bring strategic insights that move both the Google and Client business forward. Our Global Clients & Agency Solutions team helps serve some of the world's largest brands. Our dedicated teams of marketing and advertising specialists use their unique skill sets to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. Responsibilities

  • Develop both industry-specific and general market analysis to deliver insights regarding market trends, auction dynamics, and other data-driven analysis. Deliver compelling analysis to clients in marketer’s language.
  • Use Google and external data to identify opportunities for clients rooted in strong data rationale.
  • Develop and refine compelling, customized stories.
  • Engage external/internal partners to demonstrate impact of Google's products. Manage execution of global learning agenda and drive measurement projects with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Pull and analyze complex data sets.
