Roles & Responsibilities Insolvency and Restructuring Senior/Assistant Manager/Manager We are currently seeking an ambitious and qualified candidate with the following attributes to join our Singapore office as Assistant Manager/Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field;
• CA, CPA and/or CFE;
• At least 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience, including insolvency, restructuring and/or investigation;
• Proficient in detailed financial and commercial analysis and able to identify potential areas of sensitivity;
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision;
• Meticulous, analytical and must have an eye for detail;
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications;
• Strong financial, business analytical and report writing skills; and
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate solid experience of:

• Insolvency, restructuring assignments and investigations and complex cross-border matters;
• Day-to-day management of engagements such as financial and operational restructuring, Court-appointed and voluntary liquidations, other formal and informal insolvency appointments and restructuring procedures, and accounting investigations;
• Drafting detailed, complex reports and other deliverables to clients;
• Contributing to development of best practice;
• Experience in case management and managing portfolio of clients;
• Establishing and developing relationships with potential and current clients; and
• Client facing experience from a professional services background.
