Are you passionate about fostering growth and professional development? Join our team as a Learning and Development Senior Assistant Manager in the Office of Human Resources at NTU!
In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll play a pivotal part in ensuring a great Learning and Development (L&D) experience for our employees in the University. Reporting to the Head of Learning & Organisation Development, you will contribute in the following key areas:
- Programme Management \xe2\x80\x93 Manage a portion of our portfolio of learning programmes and offerings.
- Learning Operations Process Excellence and Vendor Management \xe2\x80\x93 Partner with our Shared Services colleagues and training partners to ensure operational excellence and improvements in the delivery of our training offerings for employees.
- Content Curation \xe2\x80\x93 Identify, source for, and evaluate best-in-class learning solutions and career development offerings that align with our competency framework and close identified skill gaps.
- Learning Needs Analysis \xe2\x80\x93 Partner with units to understand their business outcomes, analyse current and future gaps, and propose learning solutions to enhance people capability.
- Training Data Analytics and Reporting \xe2\x80\x93 Be the focal point for all learning-related data analytics, dashboards and reporting.
Prior experience with Workday Learning will be a big advantage.
