The Role
You will create a world-class customer experience that drive store performance by executing and elevating the visual brief, and coaching our store team on best practice vm principals
\xc2\xb7 Deliver the monthly visual directive, support execute vm event set-ups and new store openings
\xc2\xb7 Collaborate and partner across key business functions to problem solve issues and improve experiences for the team and our customer
\xc2\xb7 Train and coach store teams to deliver store presentation within the vm framework
\xc2\xb7 Assess store needs and use your judgement to make locally-relevant decisions that maximise sales
