  • Assisting Instore VM Asst Manager on the following and base on instore VM Asst Manager Work Daily Task
  • Weekly reports if needed ( i.e : Weekly Best Seller , High Qty Products , Broken Size, etc. )
  • Tracking Instore Mannequin Display Article Level Sell Through
  • Other Additional Reports that is required by VM Lead, Store Manager and VM Manager
  • Plan Weekly launch zone and mannequin category update based on FO Brand calendar, inbound store and SOH and align with Instore VM Asst Manager on FO Store Plans and category store changes.
  • Work with Instore VM Asst Manager on instore Training Schedules and Training materials.
  • Instore Training Schedules and Training materials
  • Requisition of VM tools and ISC
  • Cross check products against material list ( i.e : pig skin , special material fabric , etc )
  • Other adhoc prep work within store that requires VM Support
  • Update Digicomm on a daily basis for VM Matters to inform the retail team on information ( i.e campaign deck / changes , Weekly reports , VM training materials , update on VM Guidelines, etc )
Execution: 60% (30% Store Changes Execution, 30% Maintenance)Store Changes Execution
  • Execute weekly launch zone and mannequin category launch.
  • To support and be reactive to store for on category changes based on current store SOH.
  • Align changes with Instore VM Asst Manager and executed planograms for instore wall bay configurations to react to store SOH.
Maintenance
  • To review the store and align with Instore VM Asst Manager on FO Store changes in the pipeline (i.e Store expansion of categories, gender swop )
  • To do plan, align with Instore VM Asst manager on bubbles plans instore SOH Articles vs Inbound Arts based on store capacity to increase space productivity.
  • To cross check all digital touchpoints in the store on ISC content base on VM playlist and to feedback to the VM team if digital touchpoints are faulty.
  • To change ISC based on promotion content.
General
  • Executing the VM and Creative Strategy provided by the VM Manager and VM Team to support Instore VM Asst Manager in executing within the store.
  • Exploring and Implementing innovative VM and creative solutions with Instore VM Lead and team to support store functions and request.
  • Assisting and educating the fellow retail team peers around maintaining VM Standards
  • Work under the guidance and support of your Instore VM Asst Manager and VM Team to achieve store KPI\'s and targets within Brand and VM Guidelines
  • Ensure cross communication and collaboration between instore VM team, VM team and the retail team ( i.e Store IC , BOH Specialists, Retail Team)
Professional background/ Experience:
Functional: Experience in Retail / Sales & Visual Merchandising
Industry: Preferably in apparel/ fashion/ FW or FMCG Retail
Exposure: Sports, FashionEducation:
  • Secondary / Certificate in Retail Management/Visual Merchandising
IT:
  • Outlook: Intermediate
  • Word: Intermediate
  • Excel: Intermediate
  • Powerpoint: Intermediate
Language skills:
  • English: Fluent
  • Local Language: Good
