Today 92% of the materials in our collection are more sustainably sourced.As the Regional Stylist, you are responsible for the implementation of the COS styling direction in our windows and stores across the whole of APAC. In this role your will have the chance to drive the styling direction created globally and adapt it for the APAC countries to create customer desire and to build brand awareness.Partner with the Central Stylist to create a styling direction aligned to each window concept, providing customers with inspirationInterpret the global styling direction and adapting to APAC customer needs and stock levelsUse the styling direction & collaborate with mens & ladies concept visual merchandisers to drive conversation rate and selling by creating a strong visual identity, starting with the windows and through to the mannequins looks in store.React to selling trends, customer data and sell through to showcase products that will drive traffic and conversionCo-operate with Merchandising Team, to ensure stock intake is aligned with styling direction and looks.Co-operate with the Marketing Team regarding events and external collaborationsProvide information and inspiration on styling direction to in-store VM teams, overseeing the styling guidelines for execution across windows and in storeCreate styling information packs using Adobe design programsFollow and analyse the success of the window product in order to secure selling, conversion rate, and Brand IdentityWork towards creative and commercial objectives with a strategic approach to the product storytelling in store and windowsQualificationsExperience of using Adobe design programs specifically, in-design, photoshopExcellent knowledge of the latest trends and fashion landscape,Able to analyse and interpret sales data, using the information to decide the right actions to take to drive sellingExcellent communication skillsAction-orientated: able to react and work agile to the latest selling dataGenuinely open to customer and colleagues\xe2\x80\x99 feedback and adjust styling accordinglyCollaborative: able to build effective relationships with colleagues in other areas of the business to maximise selling potential through relevant styling optionsInnovative, pushes boundaries and suggesting new ways of working/styling products to create excitement and inspirationAble to engage people and able to coach others on styling directionAdditional InformationCOS, alongside Arket, Monki, Weekday, Afound, & Other Stories and H&M, is one of several unique brands that make up the H&M group.
