Job Description

The main function of an Instructional Designer is to support the learning organization with the creation of learning tools and content.Responsibilities:

• Understand learner audience and scope of learning from documented Training Needs Analysis
• Develops instructor-led, Virtual Instructor-led Training (VILT) and computer-based training curricula, handbooks, Job aids, Multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference works including the use and support of a Learning Management System

State instructional end goals and create content that matches them Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface, and the finished product Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts.

• Manages content review process which includes validating learning objectives, putting in place changes and updates as needed, course effectiveness, and ensuring high quality of deliverables.
• Gathers up-to-date information and integrates feedback into best practices
• Apply tested instructional design theories, practices, and methods Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process.

Qualifications:

• At least 2-3 years demonstrated proficiency and achievement as an Instructional Designer or professional equivalent.
• Background in training and adult learning theory and instructional design principles
• Solid knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System (E.g.,Talent LMS)
• Visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) and ability to storyboard
• Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts
• Experience in Contact Center environments and Medical Technology industry is preferred
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• BS or MA degree in instructional design, educational technology or similar
• Open for Project-base: 6 months - 1 year
