You’ll design unrivaled technical training programs for our sales teams and external colleagues, as well as organizational development training programs across Apple teams. The Pacific Operations organisation is responsible for bringing Apple’s products to the hands of millions of customers across Greater China, North East Asia, South East Asia and Australia & New Zealand. The PAC Operations L&D Instructional Designer works with business partners & L&D trainers to identify training needs and create instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning solutions using cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions.

Key Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in instructional design for adult learning/or digital content creation.
• Experience designing, maintaining and implementing design learning or content solutions with precision from start to finish including the development process.
• Understanding of production workflows from content and storyboarding through to delivery across multiple channels is required.
• Visual, web and multimedia design experience with competency on tools like Keynote, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and similar tools.
• Experience with audio and video content creation tools such as Final Cut Pro, iMovie or Above Premiere Pro will be an advantage.
• Fluency with instructional systems design models and methodologies, authoring tools, and learning management systems integration.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail with time-management skills; self-motivated and comfortable working in a high-demand, fast-paced dynamic environment is essential.
• Ability to create and maintain positive and professional business relationships
• Able to work independently & in a team environment, with excellent collaboration skills.

Description

- Work closely with subject matter experts to design, develop, revise and classroom, virtual and e-learning content using instructional design and rapid development strategies. - Support the transformation from instructor led training to digital and self paced learning by converting existing content to new modalities. - Build multimedia training/user instruction including videos, presentations, 1-page document, and instruction manuals - Support learning reinforcement and retention through interesting, fun learning formats - Manage content on internal portals. - Promote and participate in team innovation, technology integration, process improvement, and collaboration.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required; Master's or higher degree in a related field a plus.
