Job Responsibilities:

• Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals, needs, and concerns. Provide personalized recommendations tailored to their unique situations.
• Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to identify gaps in insurance coverage and financial planning. Offer expert guidance and propose suitable insurance and investment products.
• Recommend insurance plans, investment options, and savings strategies that align with clients\' objectives, risk tolerance, and budget.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest insurance products, financial instruments, and market trends. Effectively communicate complex concepts to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
• Actively promote and market insurance and financial products to potential clients. Expand your client base through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach efforts.
• Set and work towards achievable sales targets and performance goals. Continuously review and adjust strategies to maximize success.
• Operate within ethical and regulatory guidelines to ensure clients\' best interests are prioritized at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, recommendations, and transactions. Prepare timely reports as required by the organization.
