JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities
  • Generate quotations from insurers and underwriters and Motor Insurance Claims/BOLA procedures and policy
  • Handle general administrative and operational duties
  • Perform policy processing duties for new insurance policies, renewals, amendments, cancellations, claims and etc.
  • Attending to insurance-related enquiries
  • Able to determine liabilities for hirer accident claims
  • Liaise with the insurance company for motor claims as well
  • Provide clear estimation for insurance claims
  • Conduct checking of accident car parts and ordering of parts for body repairs
  • Advise appropriate service / repair requirements to meet client's needs.
  • Process and ensure proper documentation, records and filing
  • Any other administrative duties assigned by the Management
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 GCE 'O' level and above
  • At least 2 years' experience in general insurance industry
  • Able to work well in a team
