Handling insurance cancellation/ Refund matters. Sending policies, refund cheques, and endorsements by mail. Payment follow-up. Follow up with NCD transfer. Monthly reports for management. To check and tally monthly statement. Attending walk-in customer/front counter services. Receiving call inquiries from customer. Assisting with road tax renewal when necessary. Provide support to the sales department and walk-in inquiries. Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior Requirements: . Min. GCE N', O' level, ITE or equivalent qualification. With BCP, PGI & CEI certificates. Proficient in MS Office Applications (i.e.Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Good coordination and communication skills. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Able to work independently with an excellent working attitude and willing to learn. Able to commence work immediately or within short notice. Take accountability for work and a good attitude toward teamwork. 5 days' work week
