How will you make an impact in this role?

Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.

  • Lead and manage internal and external stakeholders to implement and drive strategic operational efficiencies and process improvements.
  • Assist the team with the co-ordination and development of reports, accruals, and bookings in a regular and timely manner.
  • Constantly improving the overall customer experience by liaising with partners to ensure closure of customer complaints.
  • Establish end to end fulfillment process with vendors and partners.
  • Maintaining content on our webpage and ensure information are always up to date and compliant.
  • Work on the execution of marketing campaigns, as well as using data research and analysis for pre and post marketing campaigns evaluations.
  • Support any User Acceptance Testing when required.
  • Generate and track invoices to partners, ensure its accuracy against budgets allocated.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree with more than 3 years of experience in Insurance and/or Financial industry.
  • Strong understanding and knowledge in insurance processes and practices in General / Life Insurance.
  • Superior project management skills to deliver projects in a timely manner while working across multiple business functions and countries.
  • Good interpersonal skills and excellent communicator to develop internal and external business relationships.
  • Has an eye for detail and excellent planning skills.
