Job Description

: Preparing the summary of the insurance policy for brand new units and summary of the number of issued policy for the brand new units released by the marketing professionals.Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • issuing policy for brand new units and for renewal policy if needed
  • monitoring the insurance policy for the brand new release units.
  • providing the necessary computation of the insurance premium for the brand new units
  • sorting and preparing the weekly production of the insurances(branch copy)
  • sorting and filing the monthly production of the insurance(extra/agent's copy)
  • check and review documents/requirements submitted by customers filling a claim and then forward the document to insurance company
  • verify the payment of the customer filing a claim
  • if requirements are complete, coordinate with insurance companies for immediate inspection of the unit
  • assist customer insurance claims and coordinate with body & paint section
  • Reconcile monthly SOA of brand new and renewal of In-house insurance companies and forward to Accounting for payment.
  • Writing the brand new and renewal insurance policies for MAA General Assurance Phils., Inc. and Malayan Insurance.
  • Prepares requests for Special Remittance payment of customers with claims prior to the scheduled settlement to In-house insurance.
  • Coordinates to Accounting for overdue/unsettled insurance payables.
  • Preparation of Insurance Renewal Incentive for approval of Finance and Admin Manager.
  • Provides necessary computation for quotation inquiry.
  • Assist's customers and Marketing Professionals (MP's) with their insurance or claims concerns.
  • Monitoring and authenticating of Certificate of Cover (COC) fr LTL Registration. (Malayan, MAA, Charter Ping An, Paramount & Commonwealth Insurance)
  • Review/verify completeness of document requirements submitted by customer with claims.
  • Assigns daily itinerary of field credit representatives. (Delivery of quotations, policies, collections.)
  • Initiates Insurance Renewal Process follows the proposed Insurance Renewal Standard Operating Procedure. (SOP)
Job Qualification:
  • Must be a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Mathematics
  • Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures is a plus
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized
  • Proficient with computer applications
  • Analytically and mathematically minded to analyze data and create necessary reports
