Job Description
Company is the biggest insurance organisation in Singapore. This is a permanent role and on-the-job training will be provided.
Location: Tampines or Changi Business Park
Salary: $2,800 - $4,000 Basic (Based on experience) + Commissions
Working Days/Hours: Monday - Friday. 8.30am - 6pm.
Job Scope: * Up-selling and cross-selling of insurance products.
- Understanding the needs of the customers and recommend suitable products to them.
- Perform telemarketing calls to achieve sales target. (Leads are provided)
- Convert leads provided by partner to sales through telemarketing activities.
- To handle pre-sales and post sales queries.
- Ensure call activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with the Quality standards.
- Minimum GCE O' Levels
- Prior telemarketing/telesales experience
- Preferably possess BCP & PGI certificates
- Hungry for sales with good interpersonal and communication skills
