The Talent
Bachelor's Degree
Min 5-7 years of proven digital marketing experience , preferably in technology marketing, with strong marketing and content marketing background.
Experience in Education (K12 via ministries across the region) is an added advantage (not mandatory).
Connected sales and marketing experience . Strong understanding of sales priorities and motivations and ability to advocate for marketing in conversations with sales organizations to ensure optimal customer experiences and success.
Strong leadership presence, experience working with Sales leadership and track record of marketing impact and influence is a must. Innate ability to navigate through a complex matrixed organization to lead process changes and deliver execution excellence.
Must be a data-driven marketer . Comfortable reading and analyzing data, using it to inform marketing plans and prioritize investments and leading data discussions with key business stakeholders.
Must be inspired by digital marketing execution, embrace Marketing Automation concepts , and be obsessed with delivering a compelling customer experience through relevant, connected customer engagement.
Support Business Applications (CRM, ERP, Software) Group key business goals
Develop and execute the integrated marketing plan for your focus area to deliver on the Business Applications Business group priorities across various customer segments.
Understand the audience, market, and customer journey to deliver differentiated programs by scenario.
Leverage and localize global marketing programs, positioning, messaging, and content. Provide feedback and insights to corporate marketing stakeholders on effectiveness of the programs.
Build plans to activate the market and create the content, programs, and assets across the customer lifecycle to activate a wide variety of marketing channels including digital, social, industry events and workshops.
Understand respective industry trends that relate to the focused solution area, leading with digital storytelling to increase Microsoft's market relevance in the prioritized industries, and engaging the buying committee across the buying lifecycle.
Champion how to successfully engage BDM at scale through Industry relevant narratives and marketing programs designed to support prioritized verticals in your area. Inspire customers to significantly advance in their digital transformation journey.
Continually optimize performance across the marketing mix and deliver insights and opportunities to Sales and the Business Applications Business Group.
Orchestrate Marketing Execution
Deliver campaign execution excellence leading a virtual team of regional and local marketing stakeholders - Solution Area Product Marketing Managers (PMM), Partner Marketing Advisors, sales and segment teams.
Partner with CMO Shared Services in Events, Social and Data & Insights to align regional executions across all marketing channels and ensure all activities are set up properly in our tools and systems to enable tracking, reporting and optimization.
Ongoing engagement with Sales to create and surface opportunities to support Sales objectives.
Drive alignment and land guidance with the local country marketing teams.
Drive Executional Excellence and alignment to global processes and compliance
Maximize local marketing spend and drive marketing efficiency, marketing impact, and scale.
Adopt a data-driven approach, leveraging marketing insights dashboards daily to surface opportunities, drive marketing planning decisions with regional/local stakeholders and lead connected sales and marketing discussions with PMM and Sales.
Possess strong understanding of the sales organization's priorities and key focus areas and to provide guidance to the local country marketing teams to support the local execution of the business applications campaign and programs.
