They are looking for an experienced project/program manager who is passionate about technology, innovation and advertising to join their Global Marketing Solutions Product Marketing Team. The Product Marketing Analyst will be responsible for driving internal product launch, growth and adoption across the Sales and Marketing organization. This individual will work with product marketing managers to drive scalable product launch and launch series. They must have a proven track record demonstrating strong process and program management skills, strategic thinking, and time management. Ideally, this candidate will have prior experience with consultation service that supported sales and marketing functions, a passion for rigorous planning and execution and a willingness to roll up their sleeves and execute the tactics. Success in this position requires the ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment and a passion for helping internal stakeholders to achieve results. The position is based out of the Singapore office. Responsibilities - Support Product Marketing Manager to drive product adoption and usage by developing scalable outreach programs and scheme to support product development team, from global to regional launches - Support cross-functional efforts to drive successful product beta scheme and launches - Partner with Business Teams and other Product Marketing Managers to build and activate go to market strategies for highest priority products and solutions - Manage the tooling content hub, process and framework for gathering product launch experience, including inputs and insights for the global/regional launch programs - Partner effectively with other Product Marketing Managers and the Business Teams to create world-class product marketing communications, including all sales-facing materials and training Minimum Qualifications - 5+ years experience in management consulting, technology or marketing field - Business/Marketing or other relevant degree - Demonstrated problem solving skills with experience providing business insights, analytical recommendations distilled from multiple input sources - Proven ability to develop trainings and presentations with strong visual storytelling - Proven ability to manage time and deliver in the face of tight deadlines - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Strong ability to work independently to deliver successful outcomes - Intermediate to advanced excel skills Preferred Qualifications - Experience in designing/managing programs for product launches will be a plus - Experience with inside sales or account management capacity - Experience working with global teams - Tracked record in project/program management I regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified Job Reference: Jessica Lee EA Reg No: (R1434762), Jessica Lee Allegis Group Singapore Pte Ltd, Company Reg No. 200909448N, EA License No. 10C4544
