As an Integrated Services Lead \xe2\x80\x93 Subsea. You will provide technical advice and input into customer activities to ensure safe and successful operations both onshore and offshore
As an Integrated Services Lead \xe2\x80\x93 Subsea, you will be responsible for:

• Being a Point-of-Contact between designated customers and internal parties to support offshore operations and to manage asset, inventory, and maintenance.
• Planning and performing Operation Readiness for offshore campaigns including but not limited to personnel, spares, procedures, documentation, contingency plans.
• Organizing personnel and equipment to meet customer requirement for both onshore and offshore activities.
• Capturing and sharing learning points within the team for continuous improvements.
• Managing action trackers for internal and external issues and follow up with stakeholders as necessary to ensure timely closure.
• Leading and participating in HSE, Integrity and Quality initiatives as well as weekly customer meeting.
• Managing commercial aspects and contractual issues related to the LOF scope.

Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:

• Have Bachelors in Engineering field and have at least 5 years experience in subsea installation and completion services.
• Have a strong understanding in Subsea installatin and completion services
• Have technical skills with fluent English in both written and oral communication.
• Display knowledge in Subsea Equipment products, i.e. Wellheads, X Trees, Controls, Flow Line System, etc.
• Demonstrate ability to establish and maintain good customer relationship. Ability to travel to Baker Hughes Facilities and offshore as required
• Show proven ability to manage a dynamic and fast paced environment in a matrix organization.
