Job Description

We are looking for a full-remote Integration L2/L3 Support Engineer for one of our client, a data analytics service company.

Responsibilities

• Provides in-depth technical and business knowledge to ensure streamlined support of existing infrastructure and developed integrations.
• Ensuring SLAs to better level than customer contract.
• Handle incoming support requests reported on the service management platform.
• Prioritise, schedule and escalate issues (when required) to the appropriate skilled team.
• Participate or organize Technical Call Bridge to address technical diagnostics and collaboration with internal and external teams.
• Handle break/fix and configuration issues.
• Maintain a log of troubleshooting on the service management portal platform throughout the incident lifecycle.
• Implement workarounds to limit customer downtime (incident management). Subsequently follow-up and ensure implementation of permanent solution (problem management).
• Execute basic health check of the systems and services to ensure availability of components and critical integrations.
• Conduct root cause analysis and present required reports for internal review.

Experience and Skillset:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Proven experience in software development
• Hands on advanced level troubleshooting experience on IBM IIB, CP4I (IBM ACE, IBM API Connect), IBM DataPower and IBM MQ.
• Experience in retail integrations covering systems like Ecommerce, ERP, POS, OMS, Warehouse Management and PIM. Must understand the end to end retail business flows in integration perspective.
• Understanding or OMNI retail, and latest digital trends like BOPIS, Curbside pickup etc. is plus
• Must be able to drive best practices in retail integration for scalability, reliability and performance.
• Worked on at-least 4 enterprise integration solutions
• Experience of microservice design with implementations including distributed transactions patterns, event-souring, distributed monitoring and tracing, event-driven microservice and analytics collection.
• Experience in designing API Management Solutions and very good knowledge of AP Design (Open Specifications), API Security, Management, Life Cycle and Developer Collaboration.
• Experience in asynchronous messaging integrations including point-to-point, distributed and publish/subscribe implementations.
• Experience in design integration services using an enterprise service bus with an strong emphasis on SOA, reusable components, security considerations and enterprise integration policies.
• Well versed in Enterprise Application Integration Patterns for best practices and anti-patterns to avoid.
• Well versed in cloud native microservice without cloud platform lock-in
• Certified experience is an preference
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Good Mandarin skill, both spoken and written
• This role is fully remote, but willing to work following China time zone (GMT+8)
• This role is open for any nationality
