They ensure the proper management of IVVQ activities for a state-of-art solution that meets the highest expectations of worldwide airport operators. Be part of a great team in turning visions to reality as a key member in Thales.Job Responsibilities:- Own and manage all Integration, Verification, Validation, Qualification (IVVQ) and acceptance activities in bids & projects, supporting Project Manager & Engineering Delivery Manager in their deliveries
- Assist in hiring, coaching and performance review of integration and test team
- Prepare and provide IVVQ associated documentations according to required processes (e.g. test plans, analysis reports, integration logical diagrams)
- Defines integration strategy and test strategy, establishing IVVQ requirements related to contractual or internal needs/processes
- Performs associated costs estimate and schedule planning on IVVQ activities in bids and project execution
- Tailors the integration and test environments (inclusive of process, practices and tools), covering both factory and on-site activities, according to company/project requirements.
- Ensure full traceability and proper implementation of deliverables and tests to project requirements, using appropriate requirements management tools (e.g. Polarion/DOORS), and defining comprehensive IVVQ scenarios
- Coordinates IVVQ activities, establishes priorities for team, and ensure on-time completion of IVVQ tasks to satisfaction of all external and internal customers
- Conducts IVVQ in factory and on-site, supports acceptance as well as commissioning, analyses test results and communicates them to relevant stakeholders/development teams
- Conducts reviews required in projects with stakeholders, including, but not limited to, Test Readiness Reviews, Technical Qualification Reviews, and Final Qualification Reviews
- Ensures all Configuration and Change Management (CM) processes are properly followed by the integration and test team
- Ensure IVVQ team provide sufficient evidence in a timely manner for any required troubleshooting or certificationsCANDIDATES THAT WOULD IMPRESS US-You graduated from an Engineering School (Aeronautical/Space Engineering, Computer Science, \xe2\x80\xa6) with a Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree and you have 5 or more years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in IVVQ
