Job Description

We are seeking an Integration Manager to lead and oversee the full lifecycle of system integration initiatives. This role is central to developing new interfaces, enhancing existing solutions, and maintaining seamless connectivity across diverse applications. You will collaborate with IT teams, business stakeholders, and solution providers to translate requirements into effective integration strategies, ensuring robust performance and scalability.




The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader with a strong background in architecture, integration patterns, and emerging technologies. You will play a key role in shaping the integration roadmap, aligning technical execution with business priorities, and promoting industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate business and system integration needs. Partner with business analysts and process owners to validate that integration designs support operational requirements. Design, implement, and maintain integration frameworks leveraging Event Driven Architecture Provide expertise on master data and transaction data in solution design and lifecycle management. Create technical documentation including specifications, solution designs, and integration standards. Act as the primary contact for integration engagements, ensuring requirements are delivered end-to-end. Manage medium to large-scale integration initiatives with effective planning and execution. Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate design approaches and demonstrate feasibility. Prepare and execute unit, integration, and system-level test plans.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent, with 12+ years of professional technology experience. Proven expertise in system and application architecture, enterprise integration, and technical solutioning. Strong background in integration technologies Experience leading API-based integration projects, particularly within cloud platforms. Well-versed in IT service management, software lifecycle approaches, and change management. Strong grasp of cloud-native integration models. Track record in project leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional influence. Ability to rapidly adopt emerging tools and frameworks. Demonstrated capability to engage both as a business analyst and as a technical consultant. Knowledge of continuous improvement practices, testing methodologies, and quality governance.
