Knowles Training Institute is looking for an experienced and highly qualified

Singapore-based Corporate Trainer

to deliver a

1-day Intellectual Property (IP) and Patent Management Course

for a corporate client.

This role is ideal for trainers with strong expertise in IP strategy, contract negotiation, and licensing, especially those familiar with research institutions, manufacturing environments, and government-linked agreements.

Requirements:

We are looking for a trainer with demonstrated ability in:

IP Law Knowledge

? Essential for understanding licences & contracts

Licensing Knowledge

? Critical for negotiating utilisation of research collaboration results

IP Strategy Development

? Ability to formulate & guide negotiation strategies

Manufacturing R&D Knowledge

? Participants are from a manufacturing-oriented company

Contract Negotiation Experience

? Needed for research collaboration & licensing agreements

Government Contract Negotiation Knowledge

? For dealing with state-owned research institutions
