Interior Design Consultant
Job Description
: \xc2\xb7 Space planning for residential project\xc2\xb7 Sketch preliminary design plans, including floor plan layouts\xc2\xb7 Researching and gathering information and photographs relating to the project\xc2\xb7 Able to present the proposed design and provide advice on design conceptualization, material, etc to client.\xc2\xb7 Preparing detailed working drawings, designs, plans, 3D perspectives and schemes\xc2\xb7 Coordinate on scheduling the renovation works involve in the project\xc2\xb7 Any ad-hoc tasks given by Management from time to time
Job Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Preferably Diploma or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent qualification.\xc2\xb7 Preferably with minimum 1 year experience in construction drawing and rendering in SketchUp software. Skill in Autocad, 3D Studio Max & Vray, Adobe Photoshop, Autocad, Microsoft Excel among others. Creative and have passion in Interior Design. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities as needed.
