About the Roles

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join a

furniture wholesaler

located in

Ubi (just a short walk from the MRT)

. This is a

permanent role

with a

5.5-day work week (Mon-Fri: 9 AM-6 PM, Sat: 9 AM-1 PM)

and offers a

salary of up to SGD 3,500

. You'll have the opportunity to design and deliver innovative interiors that blend aesthetics with functionality while working closely with clients and project teams.

What You'll Be Doing

Translate client concepts into functional, stylish, and high-quality interior designs. Meet with clients to understand their objectives, preferences, and project requirements. Conduct on-site assessments and develop design briefs and proposals. Create design concepts, layouts, and 3D visualizations to present ideas clearly. Prepare drawings, mood boards, and material selections that align with project goals. Ensure design plans integrate seamlessly with the company's furniture and renovation capabilities. Estimate project costs, prepare budgets, and set clear timelines. Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and vendors to maintain quality and deadlines. Supervise renovation and installation works on-site. Verify that all designs comply with safety regulations, building codes, and sustainability standards. Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and industry technologies.

What We're Looking For

Minimum ITE qualification. At least 1 year of experience in interior design or renovation projects. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Adobe Creative Suite. Strong understanding of materials, furnishings, and lighting concepts.
