Commercial / Office Interior Design

Job description

Develop conceptual design from guidelines given from clients or from scratch, and assure material & technical suitability
Design documentation, artwork for production & preparation of material board
Provide drafting, design and other technical support for all offer and project related drawing requirements
Prepare as-built drawings for submission, sample boards
Accurately operate and maintain the drawing and documentation libraries
Work closely with Interior designer teams to create visual perspective for Commercial interior fitting-out projects
Be involved in site survey and site measurements to verify data as required
Liaising with clients, suppliers and subcon

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Design, Interior Architecture or equivalent
Proficient in 3D Studio Max, AutoCAD
Knowledge on Photoshop, Revit, Vray and rendering of projects will be an advantage
Good knowledge of commercial space planning, elevation details
Good understanding of design (image composition, proportion, materials, details, furniture, fixtures)
