Executive Interior Designer
Working Days: 5 Days (Monday - Friday)
Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Office: Tanjong Pagar
Salary: $4000 - $5000
- Develop concept and schematic design.
- Design development and tender drawings that will include detailed drawings and specifications for construction purposes.
- Coordinate with all internal and external parties related to tendering package.
- Oversee interior design process for entire project consistent with project timeline and budget.
- Engage in team and project meetings to resolve project issues.
- Able to present to clients on design at various stages of project.
- Diploma / degree in Interior Design / Interior Architecture.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years\' experience in Interior Design, design development, tender documentation and project administration of various size and types of projects.
- Excellent portfolio of hospitality, public spaces, commercial spaces and office interior design.
- AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop and Microsoft Office skills are required.
- Indesign and Revit skills will be an advantage.
