Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Design Creation:

+ Conceptualize and develop designs for various projects, which could include interior spaces, furniture, products, or architectural elements in commercial office & residential interior with good presentation skills and client's service
+ Use creativity and design principles to develop aesthetically pleasing and functional designs.
+ Good knowledge and experience in design of commercial/industrial/retails interior fitting out projects.
+ Develop good communication and engagement with the client

3D Drafting:

+ Utilize CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software to create detailed technical drawings and plans based on design concepts.
+ Ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications in drafting layouts, dimensions, and materials.

3D Rendering:

+ Transform 3D models and CAD drawings into photorealistic renderings using rendering software (e.g., Autodesk 3ds Max, V-Ray, Blender).
+ Apply textures, lighting, and other effects to enhance visual realism and communicate design intent

Requirements:

Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) for drafting and technical drawings. Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software (3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, etc.). Strong understanding of design principles, spatial awareness, and aesthetic sensitivity. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Attention to detail and accuracy in both drafting and rendering processes. * Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing project requirements.
