We are looking for a results-oriented Sales cum Interior Designer to join our team on a commission-only basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for interior design and proven sales abilities. This role offers the opportunity to earn significant income based on performance, with no fixed salary. You will be responsible for sourcing clients, understanding their design needs, and closing sales to generate high commissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively seek out and engage potential clients
Understand client needs and recommend suitable interior design solutions
Develop detailed proposals and presentations
Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Assist clients with material and design selections
Stay updated on industry trends and products
Achieve sales targets to maximize earning potential
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience, preferably in interior design or related fields
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a high drive for success
Knowledge of interior design and related software (a plus)
Ability to work independently and proactively
Compensation:
This is a commission-based role with
no fixed salary
