As a FF & E Designer you are responsible for : * all aspects of design, FF & E presentation (selection, organization and presentation of materials, fittings, furnishings, equipment and finishes for As a FF & E Designer you are responsible for : all aspects of design, FF & E presentation (selection, organization and presentation of materials, fittings, furnishings, equipment and finishes for Interior Design and Architectural Interiors projects duties to include sourcing, specifiying, coordinating and presenting materials and products including the maintenance and the upgrading of material library production of design drawings, coordination of technical and production of tender/ construction documents and site co-ordinaton. As an Interior Designer : you oversee all aspects of the Interior Design Process of project types including hospitality, residential, commercial and others co-ordination of project planning and deliverables as well as responsibility for renderers and other sub-contractors actively prepare all manner of drawings, presentation materials, project coordination documents, as well as the listing and checking of construction drawings and preparation of tender documents and project coordination during construction. Requirements : Competent knowledge and natural passion for excellence in Design Meticulous, highly organised and efficient 5 - 8 years relevant experience in hospitality/ architectural design industry Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture from recognised universities. Skills required : Autocad, Photoshop, 3D Modeling, Sketchup, FF & E Experience.
