Responsibilities

Manage sales inquiries as a team with the director.
Manage no more than 6 to 8 projects at once.
Recognize the needs of the homeowners and prepare a design proposal or moodboard.
2D spatial plan layouts are created
Create BQ quotes.
Minimum five years\' experience building condominiums and landed homes
To meet the needs of the client, effectively communicate with vendors.
Ensure that the entire onsite project is completed by working with the project manager.
Organize with suppliers to guarantee the best onsite work delivery quality
When necessary, accompany the client when making material, accessory, and furniture selections at designated vendors.
Liaise with the internal drafter and 3D team
Make sure materials and products are appropriate for the task at hand by consulting references and conducting research.

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or a design related discipline
Proficient in AutoCAD -Required language(s): English, Mandarin
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, Space planning, Microsoft Office
Ability to demonstrate a basic knowledge of materials and their application.
Team player with collaborative work ethic.
