Job Description
Location: Ubi Schedule: 5.5 days a week + Weekend availability Probation: 1-month training Description:
- Manage customer enquiries
- Securing project contracts with customers
- Project coordination and site supervision
- Project management from conception to execution to completion
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers for site coordination
- Prepare sales quotations and all relevant project documents
- Good communication skills, interpersonal skills and organisational skills
- Willing to learn and be independent
- Preferably entry-level candidate with specialisation in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent
- Sales experience will be an added advantage
- Proficient in English & Mandarin (to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking customer)
- Weekend availability to meet client\'s schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
- Interior design: 1 year (Preferred)
- AutoCAD: 1 year (Preferred)
- 3D modeling: 1 year (Preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
